Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor

Under the supervision of the Talent Acquisition Director and HR Advisor, the Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will work closely with managers to complete the full staffing cycle. This position is strategic in our company to support our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Recommend, develop and implement creative recruitment strategies in collaboration with the team to attract the best talent;
  • Act as an advisor/partner to managers in analyzing their needs;
  • Search for passive and semi-passive candidates on social media and contact them directly in writing and by phone;
  • Develop and maintain a bank of potential candidate sources;
  • Set up an internal ambassador team to maintain the best possible visibility of NūMove on social media in order to promote the positions to be filled;
  • Participate in the complete talent acquisition/recruitment processes (job description, job posting, collection and sorting of CVs, pre-screening of applications, organization of selection interviews, verification of references, writing job offers);
  • Participate in recruitment events (job fairs, career days, etc.).
  • Collaborate with the communications team to increase the visibility of the employer brand on social networks to attract the best talent;
  • Take part in other HR projects.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.
  • Analyze job market trends and suggest improvements to recruitment strategies.
  • Identify, attract and recruit high-level candidates for various positions within the company.
  • Use modern sourcing techniques to find the best candidates.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • DEC or BAC in human resources human resources or experience deemed equivalent;
  • Relevant experience in the field of recruitment/headhunting in an agency (a considerable asset);
  • Comfort with recruitment tools/strategies on LinkedIn;
  • Perfect knowledge of French;
  • Functional English;
  • Good negotiator;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Skills with social networks and computers;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
