The person will be responsible for the HR function of the Canadian division. This division has 73 employees, in Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver.

Reporting to the President of ZIM Canada, the Vice President Human Resources for Canada is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tactics affecting all Canada-based ZIM employees.
The primary responsibilities of this role include the design, execution, and administration of all Human Resource policies, procedures, and programs that impact all employees. This involves close collaboration with the President of ZIM Canada on key focus areas such as talent acquisition, employee experience, leadership development, continuous learning, total rewards, payroll, and labour relations.
As a senior leader in the company, the incumbent is also tasked with providing vision, leadership, and strategic planning, along with project coordination and execution, all in a cost-effective manner to address current and future business needs.
