Human Resources Manager (CRHA)

Our client is a manufacturing company based in Laval, where each team member plays a vital role in the success of the organization.

About the role:

  • As a Human Resources Manager, you will be at the heart of our organization.
  • You will be responsible for creating and supporting initiatives that put employees first.
  • You will play a leadership role in promoting a culture of collaboration, inclusion and personal development, so that each team member can give their best himself.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to promote employee well-being, diversity and inclusion.
  • Support managers in integrating human-centered practices focused on respect and personal growth.
  • Lead recruitment, integration and talent development processes to build inspiring and supportive teams.
  • Lead training and workshops to strengthen communication and cohesion within the company.
  • Supervise performance evaluations and support employees in their professional development.
  • Ensure a healthy work environment that respects labor laws, while valuing everyone's voice and well-being.

Your profile :

  • Degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, with a strong interest in human-centered initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of Quebec labor laws.
  • Exceptional listening, empathy and communication skills.
  • Experience in conflict management and change management.
  • Bilingual French-English, to interact with a diverse team.
