Your responsibilities in a few words
Identify the human, cultural and organizational impacts of the group's major projects - Develop strategies and change management plans in support of major projects - Raise the risks and issues associated with projects and propose solutions to mitigate them - Adaptateur la Boîte change management tools according to the different levels of services offered internally - Train and support internal employees in the use of the change toolbox in order to ensure uniformity of practice. - Orchestrate the implementation of the activities planned in the change management plans by collaborating with the various stakeholders involved in the projects - Offer coaching, support and advisory services to employees and change management stakeholders so that they play their role effectively - Co-develop , with the project office, an overview of current initiatives, their interdependencies and their progress - Make the group a learning organization by remaining on the lookout for best practices and trends in organizational development and management of change - Participate in the development of programs or initiatives that are linked to the strategic human resources plan and that contribute to the evolution of the members' value proposition

Your strengths for this position
• BAC in management, psychology, sociology, communication, or in a sector relevant to the role
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in change management in a large company
• Interest and ease with technologies
• Familiarity with implementing new ways of doing things and optimizing processes
• Be able to challenge ideas, have critical and rational thinking
• Experience in a financial institution (asset)
• Experience in human resources or change management (assets)
• Bilingualism: excellent command of French
