Your responsibilities in a nutshell

Supervise the entire recruitment process, from the search for candidates to their integration into the company – Develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at attracting and retaining candidates talents – Develop, update and disseminate human resources policies and procedures – Develop and implement internal communications initiatives aimed at increasing transparency within the organization – Work to improve organizational culture and well-being be employees through different strategies and programs - Determine training needs and develop tailor-made programs accordingly - Encourage ongoing skills training within the team - Deploy automation tools for employee assessments – Generate analytical reports to evaluate staff performance and retention – Evaluate and review employee benefits to remain competitive in the job market – Supervise group insurance, life insurance and disability (PAE) and telemedicine – Strengthen the visibility of the employer brand on the website and during events – Participate in events to attract new talent and promote the company’s image – Design internal promotion programs – Encourage mobility and professional growth within the company – Establish training and mentoring programs to develop manager leadership – Encourage a management style aligned with company values and local culture – Administer employee files and facilitate their successful integration into the company – Provide ongoing support to promote staff retention.

Your Strengths for this position

  • University degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Hold the CRHA title (asset)< /span>
  • Have more than 5 years of experience as a versatile generalist in HR ;:240}">
  • Mastery of Canadian and Quebec labor laws (asset)
  • Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written
  • Ability to build and work in an environment which evolves quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and creativity in troubleshooting
  • Excellent relationship-oriented communication skills interpersonal skills and coaching
