Reporting to the HR Manager, Manitoba, and based in Oakbank, Berger is looking for an HR Generalist to assist with recruitment, onboarding, staff events, and more. This is a great position where you can learn and grow within an organization that truly cares about its employees’ well-being.


OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:
• Participate in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and organizing and attending recruiting events like job fairs;
• Help onboard and integrate new employees;
• Plan fun events for staff appreciation;
• Support employee relations; and
• Maintain HR administration, including HRIS data entry (Dayforce).

CANDIDATE PROFILE :
• Post-secondary education in a related field;
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position;
• An equivalent combination of experience and education will also be considered;
• Valid driver’s license and ability to attend our various work sites;
• You are self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented;
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office suite); and
• French language skills are considered an asset.
