Your role
As Director of Human Resources, you will play a key role in the success and cohesion of our team. Your mission will be to align HR strategies with the company's objectives, while fostering a high-performance, healthy, and engaging work environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a true strategic partner and catalyst for change, ensuring the optimization of HR practices to attract, develop, and retain talent.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that foster a positive, equitable, and inclusive work environment. Mobilizing.
- Develop and optimize HR policies, particularly in the areas of compensation, skills development, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Manage talent recruitment and integration, ensuring the attractiveness and influence of our organization.
- Support management and managers in implementing HR best practices adapted to the legal sector.
- Oversee labor relations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop initiatives focused on employee well-being, talent recognition, and retention.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning in collaboration with the Director of Organizational and Professional Development.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position
- Member of the Ordre des CRHA/CRIA (an asset)
- Experience in a professional services firm or legal environment (an asset)
