We are looking for an HR Advisor for our new Drummondville plant, a versatile and committed individual who will be able to manage all HR matters: recruitment, health and safety, employee relations, training, and employee well-being. This role is for you if you enjoy both hands-on work and strategic thinking, and if you are passionate about building a strong, people-centered organizational culture that meets the highest standards. What you will do on a daily basis: Health and Safety - Actively participate in the joint health and safety committee and contribute to the implementation of appropriate action plans and policies. Employee Relations - Support the HR department in managing disciplinary cases, complaints, and disputes, including preparing the required documents. Recruitment and Staffing

- Collaborate with the plant management team on workforce planning.

- Analyze candidate needs, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews.

- Manage the administrative formalities related to new hires and their integration.

- Manage work permits for foreign workers.

Internal Communication

- Draft, revise, and distribute HR communications (memos, appointment announcements, internal policies, etc.).

- Maintain up-to-date internal policies and procedures in collaboration with the HR department.

Employee Engagement and Recognition

- Support the Operations Manager and Production Manager in organizing recognition and Mobilization.

Compliance and Administration

- Ensure compliance with applicable HR laws and regulations.

- Track hours worked and maintain confidential files.

- Participate in employee training management.

- Provide quality service to employees, candidates, and suppliers/consultants.

- Any other related tasks.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field — or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness in Management of confidential information.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

- Good knowledge of applicable HR laws and standards in Quebec.

- Fluent French; knowledge of Spanish is an asset.
