Recruitment Manager

Job type: Full-time, hybrid (2 days of remote work), 35 hours/week – Maternity leave replacement (1 year)

𝗧𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

  • Lead assessment processes: In-person candidate reception, group presentation and of available positions in the hospitality industry, conduct the assessment process, and select qualified candidates.
  • Conduct the complete recruitment cycle: From writing job offers to final hiring, including interviews and work permit management.
  • Optimize our recruitment strategies: Design and implement innovative strategies to attract talent while optimizing our internal processes, managing our social media accounts dedicated to recruitment, and monitoring performance.
  • Administrative management: Administrative follow-up of employees and freelancers (updating contact information, annual meetings, salaries, etc.)
  • Candidate integration: Ensure smooth integration into their new workplace and compliance with the company's values and rules. Generate a unifying spirit within the brigade.
  • Represent Sacrée Soirée: Attend internal social activities and help build team cohesion.

𝗧𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹: ideal for a first job experience, seeking a diverse range of experiences in the hotel, restaurant, and event management sector

  • Experience in the hotel, restaurant, and event sectors (degree in HR or event management preferred)
  • Experience in staff recruitment and training
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Skills in public speaking and the ability to unite
  • Comfort with IT tools
  • Good learning ability, flexibility
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team spirit, autonomy, and passion for customer service
  • Possess a valid and open Work Visa to work in Canada (we do not issue them)
