HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR
Your role will be to advise our employees and their managers on human resources management for our plants and peatbogs located in Baie-Sainte-Anne and Bay-du-Vin. You will ensure the application of procedures and policies related to human resources in order to support the achievement of the operational objectives set by the organization.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the entire staffing process for the Baie-Sainte-Anne and Bay-du-Vin sites;
• Act as an advisor with managers and employees in order to promote and maintain good human resources management;
• Monitor provincial labor rules and standards;
• Collaborate with the corporate team in the implementation of new internal procedures and policies;
• Participate in the negotiation of working conditions manuals and collective agreements;
• Manage the quality of life at work survey process.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree in administration, human resources profile or other equivalent training;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources and in a manufacturing environment (asset);
• Proactivity, empathy and good organizational sense;
• Ability to travel to our sites and certain occasional trips;
• Experience in a unionized environment (asset);
• Experience in multi-site management (asset);
• Bilingualism in English and French (strong asset).
