Join a growing professional services organization where recruitment takes a more strategic role. You will lead the full cycle, structure processes, and develop attraction (including university recruitment).
Responsibilities — deliver strong hires and structure attraction
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for administrative, accounting, and legal positions, from opening the mandate to the offer.
- Advise associates and managers on the desired profiles, attraction strategies, and hiring decisions, with a business partner approach.
- Deploy proactive attraction strategies by building and managing talent pools (advanced LinkedIn sourcing and other platforms, targeted headhunting).
- Lead and coordinate activities related to the internship race and university recruitment (planning, selection, evaluation, follow-ups).
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, law faculties, student associations, and recruitment partners.
- Represent the organization at recruitment and networking events to increase visibility and feed the pipeline.
- Standardize candidate communications and postings, ensure job updates, and track performance indicators to improve the candidate experience.
Profile sought — essentials for success in a competitive market
- Hold a university degree in human resources, administration, or a related field.
- Have 3 to 5 years of experience in recruiting professional profiles and familiarity with an ATS as well as recruitment KPIs.
- Master sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, and manage multiple mandates simultaneously with rigor.
- Communicate fluently in French and English; bilingualism is mandatory.
- Demonstrate autonomy, good judgment, and organizational skills, including the ability to constructively challenge managers.
