Sous la responsabilité du Chef de service RH – Recrutement, formation et propulsion de carrière, le titulaire du poste est responsable de toutes les étapes du processus de recrutement pour attirer, sélectionner et intégrer les meilleurs talents au sein de l’entreprise. Il/elle travaillent en étroite collaboration avec les gestionnaires, le département de recrutement international et les partenaires RH des sites de production pour répondre aux besoins en recrutement et garantir une expérience candidat optimale.

Profil de compétences et qualifications recherchées

Baccalauréat dans une discipline reliée à la gestion des ressources humaines, les communications ou le marketing;
Expérience minimale de 5 ans en recrutement, ventes, marketing ou domaine connexe;
Maîtrise de la suite Office 365;
Grande habileté avec les réseaux sociaux;
Connaissance des systèmes de gestion de candidatures (ATS), un atout;
Jugement et sens des responsabilités élevées;
Sens éthique élevé;
Leadership et sens de l’initiative;
Expérience dans le domaine manufacturier (un atout).

Tâches et responsabilités

Travailler quotidiennement en collaboration avec les gestionnaires en ce qui a trait au besoin de main-d’œuvre;
Optimiser nos processus de recrutement en demeurant à l’affut des dernières tendances en matière de dotation;
Mettre de l’avant la marque employeur à l’aide du marketing digital et de diverses stratégies de communication;
Accompagner les partenaires RH de chaque site dans l’élaboration de leurs stratégies d’acquisition de talents;
Effectuer du «sourcing» de candidats potentiels pour combler les besoins de main-d’œuvre spécialisées;
Supporter le département de recrutement international lors des diverses missions de recrutement à l’étranger;
Coordonner l’ensemble des étapes du processus de dotation, de l’affichage des postes à l’accueil et l’intégration des nouveaux employés;
Bâtir et entretenir des liens solides avec différentes organisations (écoles, partenaires, organismes, etc.) dans le but de construire un réseau de candidatures pertinentes;
Représenter l’entreprise dans divers salons de recrutement ou autres événements organisés dans le but d’attirer des talents;
Se tenir informé des nouvelles tendances en matière de recrutement dans le but de recommander des stratégies innovantes;
