À propos de moi et de l’entreprise

Je suis Jamel Hien. Après plusieurs années d’expérience en usine, au contact direct des réalités du terrain, j’ai fondé Industrielle RH Recrutement International, une startup québécoise qui réinvente la manière dont les entreprises manufacturières recrutent et intègrent des professionnels qualifiés issus de l’immigration francophone.

Ce projet est né d’un double constat :

Les entreprises manufacturières, surtout en région, peinent à recruter des talents spécialisés pour assurer leur développement.
De nombreux professionnels étrangers francophones, pourtant compétents et motivés, sont mal encadrés lors de leur intégration, ce qui fragilise leur stabilité et leur contribution à long terme.

Pour répondre à ces enjeux, nous avons conçu un modèle hybride et original basé sur :

le recrutement ciblé de profils spécialisés,
un accompagnement humain personnalisé,
et des outils technologiques favorisant la stabilité et la performance durable des équipes.

Nous avons déjà établi des partenariats solides, dont Desjardins, et préparons une phase pilote stratégique.

Ce que nous proposons dans un premier temps

Notre équipe, composée de Jamis Hien et moi-même, souhaite s’adjoindre un(e) consultant(e) RH expérimenté(e) capable de contribuer à la fois à la recherche de nouveaux mandats et à l’exécution opérationnelle du recrutement.

Dans le cadre de cette phase pilote, nous offrons gratuitement à 10 entreprises manufacturières du Québec un service complet de recrutement et d’intégration de travailleurs qualifiés.

Objectif : réaliser 10 mandats RH (10 travailleurs) afin de démontrer la performance et la valeur de notre modèle.

Cette personne jouera un rôle clé dans :

identifier et approcher des entreprises manufacturières susceptibles d’accueillir des travailleurs dans le cadre du programme pilote (idéalement dans son réseau) ;
présenter notre offre gratuite et accompagner les employeurs dans la définition de leurs besoins ;
participer activement à la sélection et à la présentation de candidats francophones spécialisés.

Rémunération proposée : 1 500 $ par mandat RH complété (10 mandats au total, soit 15 000 $ pour la phase pilote).

Et après ?

Si la collaboration s’avère fluide et constructive, nous ouvrirons en toute transparence la discussion vers une dilution en parts de l’entreprise.
Notre ambition est de constituer une équipe fondatrice solide, réunissant des partenaires impliqués partageant la même volonté : offrir aux manufacturiers québécois un accès durable à des talents qualifiés et bien accompagnés.
