Job description:
- Answer the phone.

- Respond to emails and follow up.
- Provide general information in person or by phone.
- Perform various administrative office tasks.
- File documents.
- Scan documents.
- Schedule appointments using computerized systems.
- Other tasks related to the job.
Skills required:
- Good knowledge of computers, especially the Microsoft Office suite
- Versatility
- Team spirit
- Organization
Conditions:
- Schedule from Monday to Friday. No weekends or evenings.
- Daytime, permanent and full-time position.
- The number of hours can vary between 30h00 and 37h30 per week.
- Parking available on site
