Great news! For its Oakbank site, Berger is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support the production and harvesting sites in Manitoba! Without a doubt, there are some great challenges for you ahead in a company that focuses on the well-being of its employees.


OVERVIEW OF THE WORK:

• Take part in selecting and reviewing the applications received, performing interviews and onboarding of employee as well as the daily routines of various HR processes;
• Participate and assist to organize recruitment events such as job fairs to find the best talents;
• Advise and support management in their various issues (disciplinary management, management of absence and working conditions) while providing administrative support for various files;
• Act as employee contact for all questions and suggestions relating to working conditions, policies, benefits, etc;
• Participate in and lead joint committee meetings;
• Organize internal events that bring people together.


CANDIDATE PROFILE :

• You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or another related field;
• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• You have experience in a manufacturing company with multiple production sites;
• You are rigorous, discreet and you know how to manage your priorities;
• You are able to work with different teams (production, marketing, sales, etc.);
• You are open to traveling.
• You master the Office suite
• You have knowledge of written and spoken French (an asset).
