Sous la supervision de la directrice RH & SST, vous jouerez un rôle stratégique dans l'accompagnement des gestionnaires et des employés[es]. Vous serez partenaire clé dans la gestion des talents, le développement organisationnel ainsi que l'amélioration continue des pratiques RH.

Vous soutiendrez les objectifs d'affaires en offrant un accompagnement RH aligné sur les priorités organisationnelles. Le rôle requiert une capacité à établir des relations de confiance, à anticiper les besoins des équipes et à proposer des solutions concrètes.

Vous agirez autant comme stratège que comme personne de terrain, capable d'allier vision et exécution.

Responsabilités principales

Conseiller et accompagner les gestionnaires dans les domaines de la gestion du personnel (formation, interprétation des politiques RH, recrutement, dossier disciplinaire).
Participer activement à la mise en œuvre de stratégies RH alignées avec les objectifs organisationnels.
Contribuer à l'amélioration des politiques, processus et outils RH.
Participer à la gestion du changement lors de projets de transformation, restructuration ou intégration, ainsi que promouvoir les valeurs et comportements souhaités au sein de l'organisation.
Appuyer la mise en œuvre de projets RH : gestion de la relève, équité salariale, PAÉE, initiative EDI, etc.
Assurer une veille des meilleures pratiques RH et des tendances du marché.
Suivre les indicateurs RH (absentéisme, rétention, accidents du travail, etc.) et proposer des actions concrètes.

COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES ET EXIGENCES DU POSTE

Diplôme universitaire en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou domaine connexe.
7 à 10 ans d'expérience minimale en RH
Connaissance approfondie des lois du travail applicables
Excellentes compétences en communication, influence, résolution de problèmes et gestion des conflits
Orientation client, rigueur professionnelle et sens stratégique
CRHA/CRIA ou équivalent, un atout
Expérience manufacturière, un atout
