Sous la direction du directeur de l'excellence opérationnelle, le/la conseiller/ère en ressources humaines joue un rôle clé dans l'opérationnalisation de la stratégie RH de l'organisation. Elle traduit la vision stratégique en actions concrètes tout en assurant la gestion efficace des activités quotidiennes liées aux ressources humaines.

Responsabilités principales

Opérationnalisation de la stratégie RH (20%)

Traduire la vision et les orientations stratégiques RH en plans d'action opérationnels
Concevoir et mettre en œuvre les politiques, procédures et programmes RH alignés sur les objectifs organisationnels
Développer et déployer les initiatives de transformation et d'amélioration continue des pratiques RH
Concevoir, développer et assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance RH et proposer des ajustements stratégiques
Participer à l'élaboration du plan stratégique RH et à son évaluation

Réalisation des tâches stratégiques et de développement (40%)

Piloter les projets de développement organisationnel et de gestion du changement
Concevoir et implanter les programmes de développement des compétences et de formation
Élaborer les stratégies de rétention, d'attraction et d'engagement des talents
Développer les outils et processus d'évaluation de la performance
Conduire les analyses prévisionnelles et la planification de la main-d'œuvre

Opérations quotidiennes (20%)

Gérer les processus de dotation, recrutement et sélection des talents
Appliquer les politiques relatives à la rémunération, aux avantages sociaux et à la classification
Appliquer les mesures disciplinaires et les démarches de résolution de conflits
Effectuer la gestion des dossiers employés et le respect de la conformité légale

Gestion des communications internes (20%)

Élaborer et déployer la stratégie de communication RH interne
Créer et diffuser les contenus de communication liés aux initiatives
Gérer les communications de changement et les messages de la direction
Développer les outils et canaux de communication interne

Compétences et habilités requises

Connaissance approfondie des lois du travail et normes en santé-sécurité
Compétences en analyse de données RH et tableaux de bord
Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Suite Office, outils de présentation)
Compétences en communication rédaction de contenu
Connaissance des outils et plateformes de communication interne
