Here, you will not simply be responsible for enforcing rules. You will have the opportunity to structure, improve, and bring the SST culture to life on a daily basis.

Your Mission
You will play a central role in the evolution of the company's health and safety practices. A structured SST program already exists, but it needs to be updated to meet the new realities of the factory. You will therefore be able to leverage your expertise, judgment, and practical sense to build solutions that actually work on the ground. Specifically, you will need to:
- Review, update, and deploy the existing health and safety program.
- Adapt SST procedures and practices to the current operations of the factory.
- Support managers and employees in applying best practices.
- Be present on the ground to understand operational realities, identify risks, and propose improvements.
- Write and update SST procedures and documentation.
- Assess the relevance of integrating the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard into the company's practices.
- Promote a prevention approach based on collaboration, awareness, and accountability.

The Ideal Candidate
We are primarily looking for someone who combines SST expertise, relational intelligence, and the ability to take action. You could be the right person if:
- You have relevant training in health and safety, industrial relations, human resources, or a related discipline.
- You have knowledge of SST, ideally acquired in a manufacturing environment.
- You are comfortable writing, structuring, and improving procedures.
- You know how to intervene with diplomacy, discernment, and respect towards teams.
- You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and good professional judgment.
- You appreciate both fieldwork and the reflection and implementation of solutions.
- You are comfortable in both French and English.
- You are at the beginning of your career with excellent potential, or you already have several years of experience? Both profiles interest us. What matters is your ability to take charge of tasks and your desire to contribute concretely.
