Job Level

NV-08As a Workday Development Advisor, you help extract data and produce reports and indicators for the organization by developing and administering information systems. You analyze and adapt management systems based on the organization’s changing needs. You advise and assist clients and partners and develop tools, methods and processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work. You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

More specifically, you carry out configuration, incident monitoring and application security initiatives for the Workday system. You help implement the roadmap and perform annual activities and continuous improvement projects for the HR and Payroll system. You also work closely with the business analysts, IT team, provider and HR teams to find IT solutions to address business needs, and you make recommendations to boost HR operational efficiency and enhance the user experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Business Administration or Technology
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required

Specific knowledge

Proficient in advanced English, proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, knowledge of Workday and GIRA computer systems (an asset).
