Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer and in close collaboration with his Management Committee colleagues, the Vice President Human Resources, through a strategic as well as a transactional approach, ensures first and foremost developing and then disseminating, implementing and maintaining best practices, programs, policies and human resource management processes to support the business in its development and provide employees with a safe, satisfying work environment and stimulating while taking into account business issues.

The main responsibilities are thus linked to the strategic forecasting of OM, and thus staffing, health and safety, direct and indirect compensation, performance and individual behavior, skills and training. , internal communications, support for managers and employees.


Academic Training and Experience

Advanced university degree in human resources management or equivalent education.

Between ten (10) and fifteen (15) years of employment experience in a human resources management position in an industrial-type environment, preferably in the trucking industry.

Member of the Order of Certified Human Resources Advisors – CHRP

Demonstrated personal predispositions
