  • Onboarding
  • Pay equity
  • Organizational development
  • Career Path
  • HR Policies
  • Internal communication
  • Engagement and culture surveys
  • Performance management process
  • Diversity and wellbeing
  • Recognition program
  • Life and Social committee
  • Exit Interviews
  • Global training plan and Bill 90
  • Creation of training content and facilitation of training sessions
  • Succession plan and high potential development plans
  • HRIS development and implementation

Requirements

  • Education: BSc/MSc in Human resources or relevant field
  • Experience: 5-7 year of work experience in organization development or employee experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • English Fluent
