NV-09As an advisor, skills training and competency development, you help implement a training program for Shared Services Centre employees. You analyze needs and develop and analyze the performance of training programs.You advise and assist dedicated clients and partners as part of key intervention and development initiatives in your field. You design and improve learning activities and deploy skill development processes. Your projects and initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.You develop recommendations, solutions and action plans in line with the organization's objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems that require analysis and an in depth understanding of the line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.

Additional responsabilities
- Diagnose issues, challenges, needs and problems to determine target outcomes
- Identify and analyze training needs based on business priorities, and select the right training strategy
- Develop objectives, solutions and action plans, and help implement them
- Analyze information, conduct studies, develop and make recommendations, and draft reports

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education or teaching
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in training development

Specific knowledge
- Knowledge of and experience using Sway
- Independent speaker, intermediate knowledge of English (an asset)
