In the Human Resources sector, under the supervision of the Payroll Manager and Analytics HR, your mandate will consist of:

  • Perform the full payroll cycle for unionized and non-unionized employees
  • make changes related to the payroll to employee files (arrival, pay adjustment, departure, etc.)
  • answer employee questions via the IT monitoring service and by phone
  • participate in the Administration of collective insurance plans
  • Ensure the confidentiality of information relating to payroll and human resources and ensure compliance with their integrity
  • calculate amounts to pay in Link with CNESST files
  • Support the accounting team regarding payroll writings and respond to their requests
  • participate ActiveM to various Changes in HR Process with Payroll Impacts
  • Participate in the production of tax forms
  • Analyze various data and reports related to payroll and HR
  • Identify all anomalies and / or irregularities and propose solutions and recommendations
  • Participate in the improvement of payroll tools and RH Processes
  • Participate in the presentation of benefits to employees

Searched profile:

  • You hold a DEC in accounting, administrative techniques or other relevant training
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a payroll service, ideally in a unionized and non-unionized environment;
  • you are bilingual, French and English, spoken and written ( essential)
  • You master the Office 365 suite and especially Excel (advanced level)
  • you hold a certification of the Canadian Payroll Association (a Asset)
  • You have good knowledge of provincial and federal payroll laws
  • You have already worked with the ADP Workforce Now (a Asset)

  • you have excellent skills for Interpersonal Relations and Customer Service and are comfortable to manage confidential information with discretion
