Job Level
NV-06As a technician, delivery technology coordination, you assist with needs analysis, logistics and training delivery. You compile and analyze a variety of statistical and performance reports.You serve as a technical collaborator and provide discipline-specific support for your unit's activities, initiatives and processes. The ability to tailor your approach is therefore essential. You conduct technical analysis and research on procedures and on information management.You draw on your sound decision-making skills to solve technical problems and help develop and improve methods and procedures.
General Information on the Position
Main responsibilities
Provide logistical, technical support for operational issues. Diagnose needs and identify appropriate solutions. Catalogue the requests received and identify the internal training needs.
Conduct technical studies, research and analysis and serve as a resource person for delivering solutions and action plans.
Roll out and maintain software as well as manual and automated processes, and provide user training.
Draft technical notes to help improve the skills and knowledge of users and their work teams.
Assist stakeholders in the application of processes and business solutions, and in the use of tools and systems related to your unit's activities and operations.

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of two years of relevant experience
