This role sits within Laurentian Bank, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.This individual will support the Talent Acquisition team in all administrative functions. He/she will be responsible for collaborating with the Human Resources team to provide their support.. Hybrid work environment.


- Assist Talent Acquisition Consultants and Coordinators throughout the recruiting process: scheduling interviews, participating in the selection process, reference checking, data entry, and assisting with offer presentations.- Identify prospects through sourcing platforms, networking and other innovative strategies to create proactive pipelines.- Responsible for posting job openings, screening applications and identifying potential candidates- Participate in the development and implementation of talent attraction strategies.- Work on assigned special projects and participate in all talent acquisition initiatives (social media recruitment initiatives, diversity plan).- Prepare and produce performance reports and other administrative recruiting tasks as needed.- Work proactively with other team members.- Prioritize activities for the benefit of the team when working on multiple projects.- Participate in job fairs and industry events to increase visibility for the Bank.


- Education in business administration, human resources- Internship experience(s) in a human resource department - asset- Experience in the use of a ATS- Bilingualism (French and English)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint- Social media savvy, prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently while remaining flexible to unexpected changes in management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong customer service skills and ability to develop strong internal and external networks.- Team player, creative/innovative thinker and passionate about process improvement.- Excellent problem-solving skills and sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment- Ability to manage and maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive data and information
