THE MANDATE

The primary role of this position is to coordinate and carry out activities relating to the complete recruitment process for various positions and at different levels up to the integration of new employees. The incumbent also supports the members of his team in carrying out various human resources mandates. His responsibilities are also to:

  • Advise, support and guide managers in the hiring of staff: writing job offers, publications, invitations, interviews and recommendations;
  • Proceed to the verification of the candidates' references;
  • Prepare and write the documents related to the hiring: press releases, letters of employment, confirmation of employment, etc.;
  • Carry out the procedure for welcoming and integrating staff;
  • Contribute to promotional activities related to the attraction of talent: website, social networks, attraction campaigns, etc .;
  • Help increase visibility by taking part in career events, job fairs, internship and job days in CEGEPs and universities or any other event deemed relevant;
  • Participate in the development of recruitment strategies;
  • Produce diff rents reports and update performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and quality of the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations or the equivalent;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in human resource management;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
  • Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written);
  • Mastery of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Spirit Teamwork;
  • Organizational and planning skills;
  • Ability to adapt and rigor.
