Talent Acquisition Advisor (VL)

Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for a talent acquisition counselor for their office in downtown Montreal. This is a temporary mandate, in hybrid mode with a hours of 35 hours week.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and participate in the different stages of recruitment • Establish organization-specific recruitment strategies • Treat and track performance indicators tracking reports • Participate in organization's recruitment projects • Take into Loads Updating Jobs and Social Media • Perform all other related tasks

Requirements:

• University training in business administration, marketing, Communication, Human Resources or any other related area • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of recruitment in agency • Good knowledge of community community • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite and social media • Good mastery of French and English both orally and in writing

KNOWLEDGE:

• MINUTIE, RIGUE UR, and direction of organization • Excellent communication capacity • Excellent writing capabilities • Good relational • Easy with technological tools • Service at the Customer • Meaning of initiative • Discretion and proactivity • Meaning of judgment
