NV-11As a Senior Advisor - Business Partner - Human Resources, you help the organization meet its objectives by offering managers and employees integrated advisory services in all HR areas, including organizational design, talent management and acquisition, training and competency development, health management, total compensation, and workplace relations. You implement HR practices and policies that reflect the organization’s culture and vision.You lead and influence development projects and complex, highly innovative strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your field.You make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in a wide range of other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You serve as expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as resource person and coach for senior management and decision-making bodies.

General Information on the Position

More specifically, you will provide HR services and solutions to certain divisions of the Wealth Management and Life and Health Insurance Executive Division. You will support managers and their management committees in the analysis and implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the areas of development, talent and compensation. In addition to having excellent judgment and strong analytical and evaluation skills, you must be able to come up with creative strategies and solutions to any problems that arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • A minimum of eight years of relevant experience

  • For vacant positions available in Quebec, please note that knowledge of French is required
