Recruitment Specialist (CL)

Our client, a company in the distribution field, is looking for a recruitment specialist for their Montreal office.

This is a temporary position in mode. Hybrid with a schedule of 37.5h / week.

The person will work in a dynamic environment and benefit from several benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • coordinate and participate in the various recruitment steps
  • put in place recruitment strategies
  • take charge of updating the job sites and Social Media
  • Provide internal partners for the selection of candidates
  • Participate in the recruitment projects of the organization
  • ensure compliance with the processes of the 'Organization
  • perform all other related tasks

Requirements:

  • University training in industrial relationship where Administration Options Human Resources Management
  • 5 to 7 years of Talent's Talent and Acquisition Experience
  • Excellent Knowledge of Computerized Application Management Tools
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good mastery of French and English both orally and in writing
