The STL is expanding. We are looking for a recruiter who has flair and who is eager to find new talent.
In collaboration with the Business Partner, Talent Acquisition and the DO team, he is participating the creation and implementation of the recruitment strategy. He appropriates the organizational culture and is interested in the issues of the STL in order to attract the best candidate profile. The recruiter acts as an ambassador for the employer brand, he is active on social networks, develops his network of contacts and takes part in job fairs.
Details of responsibilities:
- Identifies, attracts and selects qualified talent according to STL positions in collaboration with all of the HR business partners and in response to the needs of the workforce, budget planning and the plan of relief;
- Is called upon to carry out mass recruitment and specific recruitment;
- Administers the tests required for selection and hiring purposes;
- Research and offer directions, strategies and innovative approaches to recruitment;
- Maintain a lookout for new talent on social networks based on recruiting positions;
- Is great Linkedin user and responsible for posting positions on the site;
- Research and propo recruiting activities on the market to ensure the visibility of the STL;
- Responsible for the organization and coordination of certain corporate events / recruitment activities in collaboration with the team.
