In this position, you exercise a vital role in the recruitment of the best candidates. You will be required to recruit for several major customers across Quebec in a variety of business areas.

Example of tasks to make

  • Cooperate with the members of our Team to determine sourcing priorities
  • Use various tools to search and identify potential candidates corresponding to the requested profiles
  • Make various calls and telephone interviews with candidates for mandates under your responsibility
  • ensure an excellent candidate experience and respond to comments and questions from current and potential candidates by phone and all our platforms (job sites, emails, social networks, etc.)
  • Make follow-up with the candidates
  • any other job-related tasks and to our projects.

Skills sought

  • Great ease with computer tools and social media
  • excellent language skills in French S (English an asset)
  • Good Capacity in Communication and Customer Service
  • Good judgment and analytical spirit
  • Knowledge of the best techniques and tools of sourcing (asset).

Training required

  • Tray in industrial relations or tray in human resources management or all other relevant training
  • We offer you the formation of sourcing.
