NV-07The person in this position acts as a resource person for employees assigned to him or her. The incumbent assesses training needs and provides training on certain modules. He or she compiles and analyzes statistical and performance reports. Occasionally, this person responds to requests from clients or partners.
General Information on the Position
Main Responsibilities
Supplies technical support to employees assigned to him or her. Prepares and runs follow-up meetings about quality standards and unit processes
Helps assess training needs and validates and identifies training approaches, tools and content. Where needed, provides certain training modules
Assesses performance reports and makes recommendations to team leaders about improvements to tools, methods and work organization
Assesses the quality of service by carrying out observation sessions and performing random checks on completed files
Responds to requests from clients or partners. Performs analyses necessary to recommend or reject their acceptance
Ensures the application of recommended sale strategies for assigned resources

Qualifications
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
