Who are we? Founded in 1990, Camo-route is the sectoral labor committee of the road transport industry in Quebec. A joint body working together with several sectoral, regional, employment, transport and education partners. A key player and spokesperson involved, he conducts research, identifies the needs of companies, offers solutions and tools adapted to human resources managers and develops training projects for workers.
Raison d'être of the position The incumbent is responsible for the logistics component as well as the administrative follow-up of Camo-route training activities and participates in the development of projects, among other needs analysis, feasibility studies and grant applications. Ensures that the agreements, deadlines and project compliance rules are respected. Also acts as an information agent for workers and partners in the education and labor market network or other stakeholders. Actively participates in various projects, particularly in connection with the promotion of occupations.
Temporary position: replacement of maternity leave (approximately 1 year)

Main tasks Course of training projects ? Ensures the smooth running of training activities by respecting agreements and deadlines. ? Manages participant registrations, the calendar of activities and logistics related to the project. ? Ensures communications and follow-up with participants (employers and workers), trainers (CFP, consultants, etc.) and other stakeholders. ? Check the quality of the training offer during implementation and at the end of the project according to the prescribed performance indicators. Administrative monitoring (project compliance) ? Checks the eligibility of participants in activities and checks the accreditation of trainers and their qualifications. ? Process payments / registration fees for each project, and forward payments received to Camo-route accounting. ? Collect, verify and collect supporting documents for reimbursement purposes (attendance register, participants' salaries, training expenses, invoices, etc.) ? Send supporting documents and any other information relevant to Camo-route's accounting necessary to process reimbursement requests. ? Forward checks received to CFPs and / or businesses, and update related records. ? Produces progress reports, statistics and other documents required by the CPMT and / or Emploi Québec. ? Prepares payment and reimbursement requests. ? Performs research or communications to obtain the missing documents necessary for compliance. ? Actively participates in compliance audits. Development ofprojects In collaboration with the training coordinator: ? Participate in the analysis of training needs and / or the development of tools in human resources management; ? Collaborate in writing grant applications; ? Participate in feasibility studies in project management; ? Performs research or any other task necessary for the development or start of a project. Promotion and Information ? Process telephone calls and follow up on requests for information or refer requests to the managers or stakeholders involved. ? In collaboration with the communications project manager: - participates in the organization of promotional activities or corporate events of Camo-route; - visits the education network, open houses, etc. and maintains a presence at job fairs / exhibitions. Partnership activities ? Initiate, establish and maintain close relationships with the education and labor market network as well as with training partners and stakeholders. ? Ensures that the needs of the Camo-route sector and services are promoted by participating in various events organized by representative associations, the education network and other stakeholders. ? Is called upon to sit on committees and to facilitate / organize working meetings. ? Keeps abreast of trends, laws, needs, issues and challenges in the road transportation sector. Other administrative tasks ? Performs the general secretariat related to the tasks of the job (correspondence, classification, organization of trips, etc.). ? Collaborate in the preparation of service contracts for various projects. ? Performs various follow-ups related to accounts payable and receivable. ? Participate in the archiving process of paper and electronic documents. ? Ensure compliance with CPMT compliance requirements and participate in audits if required. Teamwork within Camo-route ? Is called to participate in Camo-route special projects or to support the team in the realization of their respective projects. ? Perform any other related task at the request of the Director General. Skills / Qualifications University degree in human resources, in administration or in a related field. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project management. Motivated both for administrative follow-up tasks and project development. Good writing skills (written French). /> Great ability to work in a team. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and adapt to a changing environment . Autonomy and initiative. Very good proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite. Asset: Knowledge of road transportation. Must have a driver's license for occasional trips.
