Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure long, medium and short term human resources planning;
  • Providing staff recruitment, selection, hiring and transfer activities, including promotions, staff turnover, job enrichment, and retention of employees;
  • Is responsible for the development, approval and implementation of the organization’s annual and cyclical human resource development plan, and supports these activities in accordance with the established template;
  • Act on hires, departures, layoffs and assist and advise managers in human resources management;
  • Act, assist and advise the company in the interpretation and administration of the company’s policies and programs in accordance with the law;
  • Develop and coordinate human resources processes and programs within the company: Recruitment, promotion and internal movement, departure

  • Labor Relations
  • Ensure the communication and exchange of relevant information with stakeholders and / or legitimate human resources management bodies in various departments of the company and externally (eg performance indicators, pay equity) , etc.);

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Industrial Relations or Human Resources Management;
  • 8 to 12 years of experience ideally in an engineering or manufacturing environment;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14 001 management systems and applicable laws;
  • Knowledge of psychometric tools in recruitment and performance evaluation.
