Responsibilities: - Participating in the recruitment process by preparing and posting job openings, screening and rating applications, coordinating the selection process, interviewing potential employees, administering and scoring employment tests, and ensuring background and reference checks are completed - Administering the new hire process by creating a file for newly hired employees, providing guidance and assistance to them, and arranging staff training - Managing the employees’ request of absence banks and the absence calendar - Collaborating with other coordinators and participating in the administrative tasks of the office - Supervising data entry pertaining to employee changes and all personnel records - Overseeing attendance reviews and ensuring timely completion and accuracy of information - Maintaining HR records and ensuring their integrity, efficiency, and confidentiality - Overseeing the day-to-day human resources support and services What you need to succeed in this role:
