Human Resources Technician and Payroll (JB)

Our client, a company in the field of manufacturing distribution, is looking for a Human Resources Technician and pays.

This is a hybrid post in Montreal, with A 30 / SEM schedule. (4 days / week) and excellent benefits.

Payroll and social advantage responsibilities:

  • process the Full Payroll Cycle for Employees
  • Create, check and track information in employee records
  • Seizure in the ADP Workforce Now Payroll, ADP UK and Paychex
  • Ensure the production of payroll
  • maintain the payroll data
  • Providing support to the Finance Department
  • Processing Collective Insurance Files
  • Prepare Requirements for the end of the year
  • perform any other related stains

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the process of staffing and reception of new employees
  • Update of different programs and Human Resources Tools
  • Participate in the implementation of H Respiration Policies and Procedures UMAINS
  • Provide support to the Human Resources Team in the various development projects
  • provide support for various administrative tasks
  • perform any other stains Related

Requirements:

  • DEC in administration where Human Resources Management
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the treatment of peace
  • relevant experience in human resources management
  • to be a member of the Canadian Payroll Association (an asset)
  • ADP Workforce Now Experience (an important asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office Suite
  • perfectly bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing
