Human Resources Business Partner

In an environment focused on results, teamwork and continuous improvement, the Business Partner in the Human Resources Department will be responsible for providing an advisory role to their internal customers from several business units, on the various aspects of human resource management including in particular staffing, succession planning and talent development, labour relations, performance management, training, change management and compensation.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
  • Strong customer-focused approach
  • Ability to develop sound relationships with all management levels
  • Decision-making and interpersonal skills; ability to influence
  • Ability to summarize, adopt a broad perspective and improve processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint (asset)
  • Knowledge of SAP (asset)
  • Knowledge of Workday (asset)
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Fluent in French and an intermediate level of English
