Combined with an experienced HR manager, the HR Director, Succession Team will develop his or her potential within our succession team. Alignment with business objectivesContribute to the implementation of the unit's human resources operational strategiesParticipate in the implementation of the group's strategic plan and advise its management as an expert in human resources and management

Business Objectives Alignment

Contribute to the implementation of Human Resources operational strategies in his/her unit

Help develop his/her group’s strategic plan and advise its senior management as a Human Resources and management specialist

Operational Excellence

Identify his/her unit’s Human Resources needs and propose action plans (budgets, resources, schedules) and their implementation

Implement the Human Resources management strategies, practices and processes that apply to his/her unit

Support managers in managing their staff

Support organizational transformation in his/her unit

Bachelor's degree en Human resources ou Other relevant fields

Desired experience

- Have 2 years of experience in human resources management.

Technical competencies

The HR Director, Succession Team shall;- Be bilingual (French/English);- Have the CHRP designation (asset)- Be rigorous, have a good sense of organization and teamwork;- Identify opportunities for improvement, manage performance indicators and solve problems by strictly following the principles of continuous improvement;- Be a proactive agent of change;- Understand HR processes and applicable laws.

Additional information

- The candidate will start his mandate in one or two plants of the group requiring travel between them;- After his passage on the relief team, the candidate will have to be mobile to be relocated.
