• Support new hire hires • Pre-select successful candidates for temporary or permanent hires • Organize interviews • Administer tests to candidates and employees • Coordinate the intake of new employees • Provide administrative support General, including: Treat confidential information • Communicate and update administrative policies and forms • Perform other human resources related tasks.

• Client orientation (internal and external) • Organization, analysis, attention to detail • Strong ability to manage time and priorities • Flexibility, versatility, autonomy • Dynamism and enthusiasm • Interpersonal skills, professionalism and discretion • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of the Microsoft range of computer tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet • Bilingualism: French and English;



Have human resources training


Bachelor's degree or better in Industrial Relations - Industrial Relation or Human Resources Management



3 years: minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative services
