HR ADVISOR - BUSINESS SYSTEMS EXPERT

The challenges that await you:
Under the authority of the Head of Operational Excellence and HR Systems, you act as an HR Advisor Business systems expert, super-user, and provide operational support for a set of systems and applications in your area of expertise. You provide ongoing training to business users and other process experts in your administrative unit. You collaborate closely in the coordination of activities in your department with regard to the definition and development of the various maintenance, evolution and transformation needs of the technology solutions for which your department owns.
You validate and monitor data integrity and ensure quality and relevance to systems and applications in your area of expertise. You are also required to monitor and coordinate the various requests for access to the technology solutions you support.
You perform a preliminary analysis on problems and / or anomalies reported by users of systems and applications. in your area of expertise, you propose solutions, make corrections as needed or request the contribution of the Innovation and Technologies Department or service providers. You follow up on the resolutions to the various issues, problems and / or anomalies related to business priorities;
You are also responsible for producing various management reports, supplying dashboards and participate in a set of large-scale projects in the development, integration and implementation of solutions and technological platforms in your business field.
Results-oriented, you supervise and coordinate activities of the members of your working group, collaborate in the planning of activities, implement measures to optimize performance, ensure compliance with standards, work methods and procedures and control their application.
The profile sought:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in management informatics, administration or any other relevant field;
- Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the remuneration, payroll and OS modules Oracle B:
- Knowledge of the Kronos time management system (asset);
- Knowledge of Discoverer software (asset);
- You are familiar with issues and challenges of implementing HR solutions;
- Experience in translating customer needs into deliverables, preparing documentation and presentations;
- Very good expertise in HR Payroll settings and business, ability to provide support to your colleaguesless experienced;
- Good analytical skills, autonomous and responsive, you demonstrate a good ability to adapt to a complex environment;
- You are familiar with the issues and issues implementation of HR solutions;
