With pan-Canadian activities and a presence in the U.S., the Group is an important player in numerous market segments.This role sits within Laurentian Bank, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.As Human Resources Analyst, you will be called upon to provide employees and managers with quality information services, work closely with the HR team on various projects and procedures and find ways to improve internal processes.


º Respond to telephone and email inquiries and requests from employees and managers.º Follow up on inquiries and requests promptly by doing research and referring to policies, procedures, reports and other available documents.º Act as an advisor to HR Shared Services and internal partners.º Document, review, validate and recommend opportunities for improvement, with a view to offering better-quality services and making processes and procedures more efficient.º Pass on complex inquires and requests to other human resources team members with relevant expertise and follow up as needed.º Establish a document centre for human resources (policies, procedures, employee handbook, forms) and keep it up to date.º Identify areas of concern for employees, recommend and implement appropriate solutions (communication, training).º May participate in various projects and mandates that may have a significant impact on profitability and efficiency.º Keep updated on current legislation, policies, programs and procedures, and track market trends.º May be responsible for coordinating various mass mailings.º Perform all tasks of similar or general nature requested by superior or required for the job.


º Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)º Proven customer service skillsº Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office softwareº Proactive, curious and resourcefulº Problem-solving, crisis management and conflict management skillsº Attention to detail
