To support our growth, the Total Compensation team within HR has created a new position of Total Compensation Advisor, which will be based at our head office in the east end of Montreal.

You will report to the Director of Total Compensation. As an expert, you will be called upon to advise and support managers as well as HR business partners with respect to the application of various total compensation programs, policies and practices. You will participate in the continuous transformation of the organization by supporting the business needs in line with the strategic plan.

Your role Coordinate and administer the annual salary review process and participate in the management of bonus programs by ensuring sound governance; Evaluate jobs and provide salary recommendations for promotions and new hires; Be a master of the job structure and maintenance of compensation data in the HR information systems; Participate in compensation surveys and other relevant studies and analyze data to ensure the competitiveness of the total compensation offer; Contribute to the management and promotion of benefit programs; Ensure the ongoing monitoring of pay equity and participates in the various pay equity maintenance programs; Collaborate in initiatives surrounding the modernization and harmonization of working conditions; Recommend opportunities to optimize and improve our processes; and* Participate in various projects to enhance the employee experience.

You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field of total compensation, combined with a bachelor's degree in human resources, administration, actuarial sciences or any other relevant training.You are also recognized for : Your ability to synthesize ideas and communicate them effectively in both French and English; Your sense of organization allowing you to carry out multiple tasks while remaining productive and efficient in a dynamic environment; Excellent customer service skills, analytical thinking and the ability to propose creative solutions; and Your advanced mastery of Excel and you have an additional asset if you have used PeopleSoft HR.
