Director of Personnel Placement

Our small, friendly team is looking for a reliable person who has experience working in a personnel placement agency. This key person of our company will have the chance to work with kind and generous people in a family atmosphere.  It will also be an opportunity to highlight his/her leadership qualities capable of motivating the troops and getting them to become better and surpass themselves.

Examples of tasks to be accomplished:

-Be a contact person for employees;

-Manage the hiring of counsellors (recruitment, interviews, signing contracts, etc.);

-Ensure the training and quality of the service provided by the counsellors, their evaluation and management;

-Motivate staff to achieve their goals (team meetings, competitions, etc.);

-Act as a senior advisor to clients and candidates;

-Participate in various networking activities (congresses, conferences, trainings, cocktails, etc.);

-Complete and follow up on requests for service offers (tenders);

-Participate in commercial prospecting to expand the customer portfolio.

Criteria and requirements:

-Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an employment agency with supporting results;

-Know how to guide, manage and motivate a team;

-Demonstrate strong negotiation skills;

-Be endowed with solution-oriented leadership;

-Have excellent listening skills and a desire to provide exemplary customer service;

-Master the tools of the MS Office suite (especially Word and Outlook) and have the ease of learning to work with other software;

-Have excellent skills with the French language and a good ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing;

-Possess an excellent sense of organization and know how to show discretion.
