Job Summary

The opportunity:

GEYSER Group is looking for a generalist human resources director with a communications component.

Key Features:

Under the responsibility of the President and in collaboration with the Vice President and the entire team, the person is responsible for all aspects of human resources for the activities of the company. Taking into account business issues, it contributes to the achievement of the mission of the company.

As Director of Human Resources and Communications, you will be a key member of the management team to identify and define the best strategies for aligning human resources with business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

Human Resources Component

- Provide an advisory role to management on all aspects of human resources

- Workforce Planning

- Skills Development and Staff Training

- Management of the complete staffing process, including the implementation of talent acquisition and retention strategies

- Responsible for the global compensation file

- Development and maintenance of management tools: employee manual, group insurance, VRSP, RH policy.

- Health and Wellness

- Act as a resource person for all employees

- Participation in the organizational development of the company in collaboration with members of management

- Keep up-to-date and ensure compliance with the pay equity file

- Ensure the complete cycle of occupational injury management at CNESST

Communications Pane

- External and internal communication

- Writing a monthly internal newsletter

- Promote corporate culture (Mission, Vision, Values)

- Content manager for the website and social networks

Requirements

-Bachelor of HR, Business Administration or other related discipline

- The title of CHRP is an important asset

-Has ten years of experience in human resources management

- able to mobilize his team, promote his professional development and maximize potential.

-Has recognized expertise in the various fields of human resources management and present achievementssignificant

-Capacity to evolve in a growing environment

-Bilingualism (French, English) both oral and written

-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software

- Good knowledge of HRM laws, standards and regulations
