In the Outsourcing team, you will be called upon to integrate the talent acquisition teams of our clients to support them during the mandate. Challenges and surpassing oneself await you. With our team we want to rethink the vision of outsourcing by defining it as quality internal support and not an external resource. We don't just support our clients, we integrate the teams, understand the issues and are able to support their strategies internally.

Main responsibilities:

  • Integrate talent acquisition teams, quickly understand their needs, challenges and methods to become
  • quickly operational and efficient;
  • Support the recruitment teams in place, have a role of facilitator in times of high activity
  • Quickly understand the needs of the client and the culture of the company, in short adapt to all types of
  • companies, of different sizes with different challenges
  • Having a Business and Human vision of recruitment, in order to facilitate the internal strategies of our clients while maintaining
  • an ethical work practice
  • Support our internal headhunting team

Training, experience, knowledge, skills:

  • Ability to adapt tion and speed in understanding different work environments
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, be organized and focus on achieving results
  • Be passionate, open to change, positive with thirst for development
  • Have an innovative vision and be creative in their approach
  • Experience in the field of HR or field relevant to the position
  • Experience in consultation is an asset, it is not a prerequisite
  • University training in a discipline related to the position
