Our client, a major player in the healthcare sector, is looking for a recruitment and human resources consultant to join its team in Montreal West.The chosen candidate for this position will be required to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and will be called upon to support the teams in their administrative recruitment throughout the Quebec region.The position is 80% in recruitment and 20% in human resources.If you have 2 years or more of experience in recruitment, you are proactive, autonomous, and strong in sourcing and in candidate relations, send us your application!YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support managers with their recruitment needs (80%) and human resources issues (20%)
  • Writing job descriptions and posting ads
  • Pre-selection of applications
  • Interviews of potential candidates with managers
  • Conduct proactive interviews and search for candidates on various job boards
  • Build a base of qualified candidates for future needs
  • Follow up on the integration and training of new employees
  • Participate in various projects involving human resources

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years and more of experience in talent acquisition
  • Experience in searching for candidates on various job boards and on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written)
  • Autonomy, interpersonal skills and good professional judgment
  • Dynamic, creative, and able to contribute to best practices in talent acquisition
  • Strong interest in recruitment and recruitment strategies
