your main responsibilities

  • Create and develop a customer portfolio
  • Manage incoming calls for new customers
  • Conduct various campaigns and sales activities to acquire new customers
  • Negotiate trade conditions
  • Manage customer relations and retain your portfolio

  • Conduct the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to hiring.
  • research and selection of candidates (sourcing; selection interviews; checks of history; negotiation of the wage offer; integration monitoring; etc.)
  • Maintain close relationships with your customers and your candidates and support them in their recruitment processes.

your profile

  • University studies
  • Recruitment experience and/or 2 to 5 years of experience in a B to B sales profession or in service at C Lientèle
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
