Our client, a company in the real estate field, is looking for an administrative assistant to provide support to the Human Resources team. This is a temporary position in teleworking, with a 35 / week schedule.

responsibilities:

  • write, revise and correct some documents and correspondences
  • perform the administrative tasks of the Human Resources Department
  • write and publish ads related to staff movements
  • Manage portal publications
  • Perform all other related tasks

Requirements:

  • DEC in Business Administration
  • 1 to 2 years of experience
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • perfectly bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing
