Our client, a company in the real estate field, is looking for an administrative assistant to provide support to the Human Resources team. This is a temporary position in teleworking, with a 35 / week schedule.
responsibilities:
- write, revise and correct some documents and correspondences
- perform the administrative tasks of the Human Resources Department
- write and publish ads related to staff movements
- Manage portal publications
- Perform all other related tasks
Requirements:
- DEC in Business Administration
- 1 to 2 years of experience
- Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
- perfectly bilingual (French and English) both orally and in writing
