Our client, a government company related to the health sector, is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support the team in place.

Responsibilities:

  • Reply to employee requests
  • Organize ranking
  • Open employee records and update
  • Enter the necessary information in the payroll system
  • Prepare reports according to requests
  • Coordinate needs in Training
  • Improve established processes
  • perform all other related tasks

Requirements:

  • dec in administration or office automation
  • experience of at least 5 years in a similar position in human resources
  • good mastery of French to oral and in writing
  • Mastery of the Office 365 suite
  • knowledge of a payroll system, a good asset

Knowledge:

  • good relationship
  • Ability to adapt and good priorities management
