Job Level

NV-09As Advisor, Training Design, you will assist with needs analysis, as well as training development, design and logistics. More specifically, you will work in specialized savings operations as part of the Investment Product Services and Operations Division. You will help build a new training team of 5 designers from the ground up and will therefore have the opportunity to influence its development and share your expertise with the new team.You will serve as a coach and mentor for employees needing guidance. You will assume a leadership role when interacting with various stakeholders on files and projects requiring innovative, strategic and complex input and development. The nature of the files will require in-depth and extensive expertise in your specialized field.You prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives and priorities. You help solve complex problems using your analytical skills and extensive knowledge of the line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in other fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.You will serve as a specialized advisor and subject matter expert in your field, and act as a contact and coach for decision-making bodies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Four years of relevant experience
  • Experience in training development
  • Experience with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia (an asset)
